Ordered for one number of Swiss Military Premium Laptop Sling Bag PLB4 vide order # 10186 dated 5th June, 2022, utilising the HDFC reward zone through their alliance with Flatworldrewards.com and made an online payment for INR 1390/- from my HDFC S/B A/c to Flatworldrewards.com
The item has not been delivered as of 9th July 2022 and neither HDFC Bank nor Flatworldrewards.com have responded to my complaint for the same that item ordered is not yet delivered after a lapse of 35 days from the date of order placed. Flatworldrewards.com on their site has assured of item delivery within 7 to 14 days from the date of order placed.
HDFC Bank is knowingly deceiving customers by continuing to allinace with Flatworldrewards.com despite that many of their customers are not receiving the ordered items and have raised complaints through you. Even Swiss Military is in tandem with Flatworldrewards.com are cheating customers.
I have requested that if the item is not available then Flatworldrewards.com can cancel the order and refund the paid amount in my HDFC S/B A/c. through which originally the payment was made to them for the order or they should immediately and urgently organise to get the item delivered at my address in Gurugram.
