I had placed an order on 9th November 2021 through the above website and I recd the confirmation about the order, payment and also the ID. Then on 10th they said on email that their normal delivery period is 21 days. Now its more than that and yet i have not recd the product nor they are responding to my email.
Now I do not know what to do and how do i get the product that was ordered or my money back.
Seems this is a sham website and i got to know about this website through HDFC bank. Was this information helpful? |
