Flipart — received different brand watch

I have recived a fastrack watch in the box on 27jan but my order is fossil watch.
And i have regeistered 4 times complained in flipart which was cancelled without pickup order and without givesl me any solution
Amount is 4528. What should i do.
Why flipart did not return the order
