I ordered campus flip flop of black colour and recieved blue colour and which were used, then on aug 26 i requested return of this item, and on 30 aug pickup guy came but not picked up saying its used product i cant take, even though i have mentioned each and every thing in return request, and then after talking to customer support a new return request was created from customer support end and on sep 1, same pickup guy came, picked up flip flops and after 5 mins, he rang the bell saying that they will not be picked up .The flipkart is wasting my time with each passing day, and i want to buy another item but they are not issuing refund, stucked my money which i want to use for product.

Why flipkart and ekart has failed to deliver my mobile product ordered on 24 aug. 29 aug. was delivery date and which reached my nearest hub on 29 aug. but not delivered on 29 aug. and deliver date extended by 31 aug. and still my product not deliver to me and even no proper communication for delay in delivery. The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. Please don't cheat customers like this.

I have recived a fastrack watch in the box on 27jan but my order is fossil watch.
And i have regeistered 4 times complained in flipart which was cancelled without pickup order and without givesl me any solution
Amount is 4528. What should i do.
