Flipcartshop.in — apple airpods - did not get delivered (order id 1723)

I too placed an order for apple air pods on this website flipcartshop.in. It also said if i made payment through paytm i would get an additional discount of 300 rs. So i went ahead and made the payment. Its been more than a month and the phone number mentioned is off and no responses to my email. I had called up paytm today and they will try to something but cant assure anything. Also they told me the website showing in the paytm account is thehopestore.in. I come and see consumer complaints and many people are complaining against this company. The order no.1097 was placed on 4th of May and today is 6th of June. Looks like this is a fraud company who are in to duping the consumer. I fail to understand why paytm cant do anything when they must have completed all the KYC formalities before accepting their account. We all should get together and launch a crusade against this company. Nowadays their website is also not accessible. Whoever has suffered in this please write to me at [protected]@yahoo.com with subject line as flipcartshop.in, so that we can take up this in every consumer forum and bring this company to law for appropriate action. We should also collectively approach Paytm for help. Thanks
