Flipcartshop.in — order no.1097 - apple airpods not delivered - initiated refund-no response

I too placed an order for apple air pods on this website flipcartshop.in on 4th May 2019. Order No. 1097. It also said if i made payment through paytm i would get an additional discount of 300 rs. So i went ahead and made the payment. Its been more than a month and the phone number mentioned is off and no responses to my email. I had also called up paytm who said they will try but cant assure anything. Also they told me the website showing in the paytm account is thehopestore.in. I dont understand why Paytm cant help when they must have completed all KYC norms before accepting this Company account. I come and see consumer complaints and many people are complaining against this company. I feel this company is a complete fraud and needs to be initated action by taking them to law and all possible forums. Who ever is interested in this please write to me at [protected]@yahoo.com with subject line as "flipcartshop.in" so that collectively we can do something. We can also collectively approach Paytm for help. Thanks
