Flipkart — 30-day replacement warranty

I have ordered (Order ID: OD[protected] a Lenovo K3 Note under 30-day Replacement Warranty on 15th Nov 2015.Within few days, The Touch Screen is not working after some time and requires constant restart of the phone to make it work again. The product was delivered with a 30-day Replacement Warranty at my Pin code: 600026. While placing the order i selected to pay using EMI option (with Interest - HDFC bank) The company is denying the replacement of the product because of the following resons - Flipkart Representative quoted that - i am from Chennai and due to the recent floods the seller is not accepting any more orders - this is not my headache as per the 30-day replacement and is really unfair The company says they can only do a refund but question is why should i near the interest portion of the EMI which they will not refund? Kindly Help With Regards, Santosh
