Ordered a bed worth 34k (Od[protected] on 7th august and the product was delivered on 20th august.
We raised a complaint on 21st that the delivery status has not yet been updated, please update and send for installation.
We also then uploaded all proofs of the delivery.
Since the status is not yet delivered after 9 days of delivery, the product is getting damaged and we cannot return/replace the product nor the installation has started.
After following up 100s of time, call, mail etc, the customer executive is only making due dates extension starting from 25th august, 26th august, 31st august and now 3rd september.
After requesting several time to ask senior executive to call back, no call received, neither any solution provided,.
Status of the product is still not delivered and hence no installation started.
Customer issues are not addressed properly.
I only want the status to be reflected as delivered so that further action can be taken. Was this information helpful? |
