Order - OD[protected]
I RECEIVED my order VERO MODA Slim Women White Jeans with order id OD[protected] on 20th jan but it has not been updated on the app. In the orders section, it shows 'cancelled'. I wanted to place a return but I was unable to. I have talked to customer service 1000 times but the issue has still not been resolved. I sent Flipkart pictures of the parcel also.
Flipkart promised me a refund via email and asked for my bank details. I sent it to the. Then they said due to a 'technical issue' they were not able to issue my refund. Then they started asking for my id proof for 'seller verification', which is ridiculous. I have read Flipkart's return policy, it's nowhere written that an id proof is required for refund. I emailed them with my flipkart registered email id.
Now when I email them on their flipkart support email, it says 'email id not available'. They keep closing my issue on the app also without resolving it.
