Hello Sir/Madam I am shailendra kumar singh, I Booked product flipkart product name- skayasia designer saree amount paid-5064, i got the product 15-08-18. I called the flipkart customer care i told, i want to return my product, because flipkart policy 30 days return, flipkart customer told your prodcut was not return.please help me because product quality is not good amount is heavy 5064rs.i will never shopping agin in future flipkart also speak my all friend.flipkart provide the service day to day very bad.please consumerhelpine help me this problem. Details about product-Courier awb no[protected] tracking id-FMP[protected] ODRER ID -OD[protected]. I contact customer care, he told me, your product was not return because return 2 other product previous. please help me sir because always trust cousmerhelpine. Verified Support Aug 17, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side. Aug 18, 2018 Updated by saurbh11 I returned only 2-3 product you can charge your shipping charge, you have to send product very cheap quality, you can exchnage this product.
