I had ordered a samsung tablet during diwali of 2017 from seller (Indiflashmart). This product was ordered on thursday 19th oct 2017 with a delivery time frame between oct 22nd - oct 25th 2017. Ok! That's fine considering the diwali rush.
After 1 week, the product had still not been shipped, pls note that i'd used gift vouchers and made the full payment. The vouchers were expiring on november 4th 2017. The numerous times i called the customer, their reply was very standard like from a sheet of paper (Pathetic). Then i read the reviews posted by various consumers against this seller. This made me realize my mistake. My query to flipkart is "if there are so many unsatisfied customers with a particular seller, why do business with them." this completely spoiled my diwali. Just add me to one your very highly dissatisfied customer list. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Was this information helpful? |
