I have reported this issue on 7th nov by email and before that on phone.
Issue was that, i wanted to create a return request for my order of bajaj OTG oven because it was not heating the food properly just the container itself.
But i couldn't do so due to some error in the app and website
After raising this concern, i am regularly getting call from your customer care not because they have resolved the issue but just to knowing my problem vocally over and over again
Conversation were common like below:
C.C : hi sir, what was the issue with the product.
Me: explaining my issue to him.
C.C: Sir, can i put your call on hold while i try to create the refund request.
Me: ok
After a min or 2...
C.C: We are sorry sir, we are unable to create the request at the moment, we are forwarding your request to the concerned department. Can i put your call on hold for 2 mins.
Me: yes please.
After a min or 2...
C.C: please wait for 24 to 48 hours you issue will be resolved.
Me: Ok thanks.
This is not just a single conversation, i have got at least 20 calls till now exactly the same conversation like above.
What i don't understand is, don't you log customer problem first time when you talk to them instead of asking them again and again with different customer care executives.
How could i keep my cool when i am getting this type of call instead of resolving my issue they talk like its the first time i am getting call for my concern.
Please just don't waste my time anymore and resolve this ASAP.
