[Resolved]  Flipkart — account blocked and receiving messages to clear dues

I have already filed a number of complaints stating the inconvinience and harrasmeny caused to me by flipkart stating that my flipkart account was blocked on 29th of october 2019 giving the reason that of high number of returns detected by the system. First off all if there isnt any fixed number of articles that can be bought from flipkart then how can the conpany decide on the number of articles that the consumer can return? One can surely return with havibg valid reasons and after the seller accepts and the wishmaster does the quality check. So the reason you stated for blocking my account is conpletely baseless.

Anyhow i have a pay later amount due on 10th of November 2019 of ₹1476. I have already filed a complaint against docket no ‭171035 with the National Consumer Forum on 1st of November 2019, to which the flipkart customer care replied “we will revert back”. But no resolution as of now however i am receiving messages and emails to pay the dues on daily basis.

I also personally emailed to the flipkart customer care, called them several times but the only response i have been getting is “your issue has been escalated”.

Resolve my problem within 3days as 10th is the due date o my pay later or else i will be moving to the DISTRICT CONSUMER COURT to file a case against flipkart. And also i wont be paying any fined amount which flipkart does after the due date is over.
