Flipkart — Account is blocked and my Rs. 12K is stuck

I ordered for Rs. 12, 000 approx products from Flipkart on big billion day sales on 22.09.22 but after 4 days of order by talking to customer care when I returned 2 products because of size issue (as i wanted Puma small size shoe but it was out of stock) and 1 item for replacement which was delivered completely different from what i ordered (after replacement also seller sent the complete different product) they blocked my account next day without any reason and also cancelled my return of Rs. Approx 5k shoes. When I contacted customer care again they registered the complaint but after 3 days just sent me an email that due to high return of the products my a/c has been blocked. However I just returned the product because of genuine reasons which they cancelled too. Now I can't tract my rest orders neither I can cancel nor return because my account is blocked. I am really disappointed as I just lost my Rs. 12k and customer care is also not helping. They didn't even have the courtesy or work ethics to go through the customer's account to check the facts. Please help.
