[Resolved]  Flipkart — already paid for mobile but not received

Hello! Dear team
I am really shocked about service and mismanagement of your team. On the day of big billion 21 september i have placed an order with order id - od[protected] on samsung galaxy on max with an exchange of redmi 2 prime. On 22 sep delivery boy came to my home for delivery and without any reason he rejects to accept my handset. I have all original invoice with all genuine accessories, box and good condition of handset. After that i have contact to customer care several times and every time representative told me that your complaint has been escalated and there will be re inspection of re delivery, finally asked me to wait until 28 september and said that we assure you your delivery will be confirm. On 24 september suddenly i got e mail and sms that your order has been cancelled and refund is in process without any confirmation, inspection and prior information.
Is that the way to deal with customer. This has happened when the offers are going to end. Is the offers only for showing, if the customer avails the offer, cancel the order at that time he is not able to avail again.
Request you to kindly look into this matter and give me a resolution.
