I noticed that my account is blocked when i received a mail from Flipkart on 19/10/2018. I have Rs.1000/- Flipkart balance in my account and request them again and again on calls and mails that please unlock my account or refund my balance of Rs. 1000/- which is still pending to use in my account. No one care about it. On calls they say, you have get revert on mail only we can't do any thing and after so many days i didn't get any mail. Please Help!! Dec 13, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved +91 172 665 5300 From this number I was got a call and they was told me that We will activate your account for clearing your Flipkart pay later dues but they wasn't unlocked my account till now. And Still my complaint was unresolved... Please check it... Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 03, 2018 Updated by mkh9824 I was not able to pay my FLIPKART PAY LATER Amount due...and they was telling that you cannot do anything against us... Verified Support Dec 14, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer and informed that his recent request has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.
