[Resolved]  Flipkart — amount collected twice for a item

Ordered a Philips trimmer for which I made payment through my debit card which was showing in Flipkart account but not updated hence ask me to make cod and confirmed that amount will be reversed one month has been already passed but still my amount has not been reversed contacted customer care so many times every time fake promises they are making no proper resolution within time they are providing
Tuning behind them for our money very bad customer service
