Flipkart — amount got debited but flipkart says payment not yet confirmed from the bank

Rs 700 deducted from my account and i had received sms from bank for deduction towards payment to flipkart
But item is not appearing in order list and no sms received from flipkart for confirmation of order.

Pl. Refund the money or deliver the item
