I ordered poco x3 mobile on 15th October 2020 and it got delivered on 17 th October 2020 but the issue is i tried to pay it online and was supposed to get an otp after i paid the amount and the otp should be entered by the flipkar delivery boy in order to confirm it is an online payment but i never received an otp and the delivery boy said it is a glitch in the software so i paid him through cash. Although i received order on 17 th October but for some reason it shows it has been delivered on 30 th October on this date the Otp appeared i raised many complaints in flipkart about this .
The sad part is they are confused first i call they say they never received the amount but then they say they received.
So, this amount was supposed to refund by 21 November as i submitted my bank details and statement. But the amount still hasn't returned and the customer care agents are just not willing to take this seriously.
