Flipkart And Onida — Fraud by Onida and Flipkart

HI Sir,

I had ordered AC on line which was delivered by 27th of March-22 and when the Onida people came to fit it on dated 2nd April-22, found that AC was defective however they insist me to repair the same but I denied being purchase new one. So I raised the replacement request on Flipkart on the same day and they accepted it by mentioning to replace by 11th April-2022. so when I check it after a week found FLipkart rejected it by saying "Replacement rejected as the issue was resolved by troubleshooting". and after seeing this I contact to Flipkart and Onida and they clearly denied for replacement where as I had no fault. Means Onida has created wrong report with conculation to sell all their defective product. My parents are much old and they are not responding. So i raised complaint here else please provide the process to case on both the companies for fraud and mental harreshment.
