Flipkart And Onida Complaints & Reviews

I had ordered AC on line which was delivered by 27th of March-22 and when the Onida people came to fit it on dated 2nd April-22, found that AC was defective however they insist me to repair the same but I denied being purchase new one. So I raised the replacement request on Flipkart on the same day and they accepted it by mentioning to replace by 11th April-2022. so when I check it after a week found FLipkart rejected...

I had purchased onida tv set from flip cart which was delivered to me on 30th october 2017, this was a replacement product for my earlier purchase of the same tv which was delivered faulty.

I was under impression that onida is an esteemed brand and they provide durable appliances as i m also using onida ac from several years but never faced a single problem till date. But post purchasing this tv my assumptions have proven...
