[Resolved]  Flipkart — ASKING Abhar details for product return

I ordered a product, ADIDAS T-SHIRT, through Flipkart. I got an entirely different product. At the same day I requested product return and refund. But I got a mail from Flipkart that I have to submit my Adhar card or PAN Card for the product return.

Why they are asking my personal data for returning the product? Its acceptable that if Flipkart made a policy that If anyone have to purchase a product they have to submit Abhar or PAN Card. May be I will get a chance to accept or not.

Is this a fraud by Flipkart by sending a wrong product and asking peoples personal data to return the product?
