1. i have order 2 asus zenfone max (black 32gb) on 3 october, 2016 1:29 am big billion day.
2. i have received two mobiles, imei number below
A) “[protected]” “[protected]”
This mobile working perfectly no issue.
B) “[protected]” “[protected]”
This is mobile touch screen not working while receiving itself, the display is blank not working.
Three time the technical person checked the directly to my place, and he has confirmed the problems.
3. i have requested return replacement of new mobile for above mention (b) imei number,
4. ekart delivery person iniated to delivery replacement mobile, as per the rules he has checked with imei and the mistake is he having imei of (a) mention above, that is working mobile. how can i replace for the working mobile.
5. the mistake is not happen for single time, its been 3 times and its taking one month,
6. now, am very worried whether mobile will replaced or not,
