I ordered a phone on flipkart on december 30, 2018 and when i opened the package, it was torn and there was a missing sim ejector pin in the package. I contacted them, they gave me a little amount of compensation for this.
After some usage, i faced various issues with this phone such as camera app not working properly and crashes many times, battery is not holding charge, eis not working properly, resolution is not so good and so on.
For that they created two tech visits and the technician mentioned in the form that the item is defective, however, they cancelled my return request.
Initially they promised me that they will return the item and issue me the full refund, afterwards they told me that it is now not possible, therefore we are sending a replacement, i agreed with them.
But when i e-mailed them to know the status of my replacement, they said that there is no replacement coming to me.
I have records of fake promises by flipkart in verbal as well as written communications.
I want to resolve this issue as early as possible, as it's been one month and i am still struggling to return my defective phone. Was this information helpful? |
