When I am making any order, they are automatically getting cancelled and the refunds are back to the original payment mode. I had complained about this in the customer care and they told me that they have lodged a complained and they will call me within two days. I did wait for two days but they didn't call and this has happened three times. When I again called them, they told me to order through any other id and when I told them about my wallet balance, they told me that it can not be transferred to egv. Now how could I use the Wallet balance from the same account, they told me we are again raising a complaint and u will get a call within 2 days. Now they are also not transferring my wallet balance worth Rs. 1173 to its original payment mode (egv).
I am really frustrated with this type of service from flipkart. They are not solving my problem and only raising complaints without any solving any. I want that money in the original payment mode which is EGV.
