Flipkart Bathla Teletech Pvt Ltd — By Television - GST not filed

I purchased Vu Premium 126 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV via Flipkart on 23rd June 2022.

Till now, the GST is not filed and hence I am unable to claim the GST amount.

I have reached Flipkart customer care multiple times and they have reached Bathla Teletech seller but the seller did not file the GST yet
