Instead of fixing the error done by the seller, flipkart is asking to provide my photo ID, and the same should match withe the order placed etc. as below. I have been asking the explanation from them why they need my personal photo ID now when return is requested and why they do not need any such details when we place the order. But the flipkart team is not answering me

Use sufficient, natural lighting instead of a flash. It's best if the photo is taken during the daytime- Take photo as directly above the ID as possible. Please ensure that your shadow does not cover your ID
All four edges of your ID should be visible within the image
All details on ID should be clear & legible""
