[Resolved]  Flipkart — blaming / harassing the customer

They are simply harassing the customer and they are giving fake features and fake promise to the customers..

When we called for complaint without our issues resolved they are closing the issues and disconnecting the calls.

If we ask many questions they are asking the customer like who told you purchase from online if you want to buy mobile as per your expectations go and buy it from local shop.

Customer places a wrong item as ambient light means auto brightness option but customer is not happy hence case stands resolved.

No they are updating wrong information .don't have notification sensor in this mobile ...for that i have been trying past 10 days simply blamming and giving fake information against customers complaint..

How they ar3 blamming me for that example i have been attached here...see i have been requested for return on 7th but today days is 20th and 9.30 pm but still it have been pending like return requested...

Case is Not resolved simply they asked me the problem they said it could not be resolved and they disconnected the call as per their choices ...

They did not listen my single world
