Flipkart — blocked account and poor customer care

This is regarding my account on flipkart with email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in, i need to know the status of my refund for my prepaid cancelled orders along with i have to return further products because of the poor quality, thought the products were flipkart assured and comes under within 30days return window period i am unable to return because o[censored]nnecessarily blocked my account and not responding through email or even on call! I want my refund money along with unblocking of my account so that i can return unwanted prepaid products and get my refunds. Also i am demanding the compensation for the mental agony u have given to me.

Hi Bhargavi, We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. However, we see that for the canceled orders refund has been completed on 08 Oct 19 and should be refecting in your souce account by now. Also, the seller will not be able to accommodate the return request.

Why you have not denied me for unusual high numbers of order placed? Why now you are detecting high numbers of return, becoz you have received your money as its prepaid orders!! What rubbish you are talking! Tell me how many number of return orders and how many numbers of orders I have placed? I want exact numbers. And I want proof from your policy which says that customer can place high numbers orders but can't return high numbers orders. When the seller is delivering low quality defective products then who has given them right for not to accept return request? Is this what your buyers protection policy? How can I trust you saying that all my refunds been given when your policy are only for ur company oriented? You are not even sending emails of orders nor return and refund orders! I am not accepting your explanation. You better should act on what I have previously asked for. Unblocking of my account so that I can trace my refunds also return unwanted products plus i am demanding compensation for the mental agony u have created and creating to me.
