I have previously posted 2 complaint where in first complaint flipkart told me that
"account is blocked due to technical error but now this error has fixed" .
But still my account is blocked then i posted second complaint about my account not activated yet and they replied me that there system observe that I am reselling the product. I don't know in what basis they are deciding.
I just help my uncle to order item for him, he don't know how to do order online, since he is not educated.
Now my uncle is afraid of buying things from online.
This incident discourage him to make purchases from online.
If things happen like this how can we say our country is digitalis.
I have try to reach them all possible way but they never told me in what basis they observe that I'm reselling, if i know then i can make u clear but they didn't clearfy me.. Being a plus member this is how i suffering.
Seriously never expected from flipkart .
And also flipkart told me that my flipkart gift card will be transferred to my account on 27th May but i didn't received yet.
