Flipkart — Blocking my user id and phone number for submitting complaints which are not yet resolved

Flipkart is now not allowing me to log in with my phone number or email ID. Basically they are forcing me into Forgot password, then after phone or email verification, they ask me to change password, which they are forcing to fail.

When I called the customer service, they said I need to use different phone number of email ID.

When I told them that I needed to access old bills, they said it is not possible over the phone to give details on such.

When I told them that I cant keep changing my phone or email every week for their inefficiency, gingerly the person took a complaint but told me to wait for three days.
