On 30th october 2021 I have ordered a boat aavante bar 2000 160W and on 6th october 2021 I have received the product. When I open the box I got product was broken (Sound Bar Broken from Middle). I have purchase so many item through flipkart and this is my 1st bad experience.
Whenever I am receiving any products all items was packed by bubble roll or at least wrap-up by plastic if product is big but this time my product (Boat Aavante bar 2000 160W) was not wrap-up it was only wrap by some clear tap. Mean while the packaging was very poor.
I believe delivery staff already knows that item was broken thats why he just asked for OTP in urgent basis and he left very fast al though I have requested him to stay at least 2 minute to check the product but he didn't stay. Same time I called and told him that item is broken he simply saying call customer service they will replace the item.

While I open and checked the item was broken same time I have register the return policy but flipkart team reject my replacement request.
I have received the item and I kept the item in one corner because i just want replacement of this product as soon as possible.
I want replacement of this product as soon as possible.
