Flipkart — Broken Product Received - No return

I had ordered a 5.1 ch z906 home theatre.l costing 22k, I opened it and the woofer had a cracking sound, i check there was some broken piece inside the woofer and a corner of woofer was broken too.
I raised a replacement request within th e policy. Since then it has been metal torture. 3 times the request got auto resolved saying the seller has rejected. Then after multiple calls and mails and over 14 days of following, and sending images of everything, flipkart asked me to give consent for FIR. I filled that too and sent, then it got auto resolved again saying I didn't send the FIR. I legit have the mail trail with me. They are just extending the resolution days and not doing anything.
