Flipkart — Buyback Guarantee Not Working

I am unable to exchange my phone for which i had purchased buyback gurantee. Everytime i try to exchange my phone for a new one, app shows "ABB is not enabled for this account". I called flipkart helpline, but even their. senior executives were not sure what ABB is. I think flipkart is cheating with their customers by not honoring buy back gurantee

Updated by Renjith Chengal My buyback guarantee ends on 6th june. I give more trust on flipkart. But flipkart cheated me. No response from flipkart. Still i am not able to exchange my phone with iphones. The guaranteed buy back value can't apply to some of these modela.
