Flipkart — Cancellation of the product without notifying me

As I have placed IFB washing machine on Flipkart on 1Nov2023 (order id:OD[protected]. The product delivered me on 05Nov2023. The item is eligible for open box. After checking the product got damaged and I asked the delivery associate why it was happened like this he told that in transit the vehicle met with accident. So, I told the delivery associate to replace the item but without notifying me the product was cancelled. I called multiple time to the customer support but no one is supportive. please, look into the issue and replace the item instead of cancellation.
