[Resolved]  Flipkart — Cancelled my order and Im losing money

I have purchased preorder pass on June 30.
I bought the Nothing phone 1 on July 12th with preorder pass. Along with the phone I bought their charger, bumper case and screen guard ( 4000 rupees for 3). The charger, bumper case and screen guard delivered to me on 15th July.
The delivery was expected on 25th July for nothing phone. But the delivery didn't happen and on 29th July the order got canceled. They refunded me the phone amount but not preorder amount. The charger, bumper case and screen guard are with me and I have no use with them. If I want to purchase now Im losing the 1000 rupees offer and Preorder amount is not getting deducted. On top of that I dont know how many more days I have to wait.

I have called customer care many times and they told me the pincode is un servicable. It is just a reason beacuse I got many deliveries from July 12 to July 29.

Flipkart offered me 1000 compensation after so many calls. Even with that compensation ordering the phone again is not viable for me as 1000 offer was removed and bank offer of 2000 on hdfc also removed and replaced with axis Flipkart cashback of 1383.

So I asked them to take return of the charger, case and screen guard (all 3 items were beyond return date). They did that and refunded my preorder amount.

Even with this I lost so much time in waiting for phone and all the hassle in talking with Flipkart customer care executives. The executives, only 15 percentage of them were helpful. Remaining lack minimum knowledge and 1 or 2 of them are not even capable o[censored]nderstanding whatever said to them.

The seller who cancelled the order is the one who is at fault here. Even with preorder he couldn't deliver what was ordered and cancelled the order saying some random reason.
