Flipkart — Cannot return defective product

I ordered a hero cycle from Flipkart which got delivered on 28th August
During assembly, there was no perceivable defect, but during usage, the chain was getting detached very frequently.
Due to covid, there wasn't any cycle shop that was open as we live in a very remote area. Also heavy rains deterred testing of the cycle further.
Further, when we got access to a cycle shop, it was informed that the cycle has a manufacturing defect - the rod is tilted sue to which the chain keeps on detaching.
The return policy is exhausted, but we need some way of return or replacement or refund as we cannot use the cycle.
