[Resolved] Flipkart — canon eos 90 d

I had ordered canon eos 90 d on[protected] from www.flipkart.com and when i received order, in the product was missing. After complaining flipkart accepted replacement request and replacement was delivered on[protected].in replacement order only a box of different canon camera and a camera bag was available. Again product canon eos 90 d was missing. After complaining about this to flipkart customer care they requested for refund but sellers rejected refund request. After five times return request flipkart closed my flipkart account and also cancelled refund request. Yet neither refund or replacement has been provided by flipkart for the missing product. So take proper action and resolve my issue as soon as possible

My issue has not been resolved yet. Flipkart is trying to close my case without resolution. So I am again writing here and complaining against flipKart so that company can Unblock My flipKart account and proccess Refund for the missing product Canon EOS 90D.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
