[Resolved] Flipkart — Can't change my number as I no longer use the old number | |
I've no longer access to the phone number saved in my Flipkart account & I can't change it to the number I currently use because whenever I try changing the number it always asks for an OTP sent to the old number. please help me with it Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 8, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I called the customer care number mentioned here on the flipkart customer care page & they connected me to a customer care executive. He listened to my problem, verified few stuffs with me, asked me to send a scanned copy of either my Aadhar or Pan Card to a specific email he provided & he told me that they will change my number within 2 days. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
