Dear sir as i have booked online carrier air condition and my order number is OD[protected] as i have given my pin code and my address before booking but after one week as from your customer care they are telling we cannot deliver the product at your pin code and we will refund the payment
dear sir i want you to ask you if you do not deliver at my pincode address then why you have taken my payment on booking and its my request please arrange to send my product at my address as i do not want to cancel my order and i do not want the refund
and you want to cancel the order so you have to refund the amount in same account
