Flipkart's Field Executive Surya Narayana S took the laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from me on September 14 to make a refund within 7 to 8 working days. But they haven't made any progress or left any message.
Flipkart has stolen my money Rs. 46, 000. My Order: OD[protected].
For four months they didn't care for the customer. They just have a fake service, fake phone calls, spam messages. They don't know how to retain their customers.
I have recorded every text message, phone calls and emails they have sent. How they pressurized me right from the beginning. They aren't concerned for the customers. They have cheated Rupees 46, 000 from a student. Isn't there any resolution for this from consumer complaint bureau?
