i ordered a mobile cover I received on 13.06.2015, which was not of good quality.i tried the option of return on 17.06.2015, .but surprisingly return option could not be clicked, so I clicked on replacement and also ordered another cover of different company for replacement.
I received the courier yesterday in which flipkart delivered the same quality cover and also asked me to pay in full for replacement.i refused to pay and I told them that I will pay only the difference amount since this is a replacement.
I tried to call the customer care but surprisingly they did not understand anything and told me that I cannot return the cover.i again received a call today and I explained to them the concern and told them not to disturb me again and send me a mail for the status of my complaint.
I just received an SMS from them now that my complaint has been cancelled. Was this information helpful? |
