Double bed was ordered (order number OD[protected] on 23rd March and was delivered on 26 march with installation promised on 28th March.
No one contacted for installation, so complain was raised on 28 March using customer care number and they escalated only after 3/4 calls . the website showed resoultion by 31st March, On 31st mrach, they changed date to 1st April, On 1st April, they have now changed date to 2nd April.
Now after calling cutomer care, they gave number[protected] mentioning, this is installation department number on which we need to call. Once this number is called, they mentioned this is not installation number, this is service number and you need to call customer care. Calling customer care number, they said, we will resolve your issue, please keep on hold and after that they cut the phone.
There is no response from flipkart and I am registering case for cheating, mental harassment and wastage of my time and my loss of money as without installation I can not use it Was this information helpful? |
