[Resolved]  Flipkart.com — Defective power bank 10000mah lenovo

I (Sagar Sarode) have received defective product from flipkart and here i am applying for replacement of Lenovo PA10400 PowerBank 10400 mAh which i bought on 12th July 2016.

I spoke to your customer care (Simran and Rahul) and they are denying to replace this product as replacement days as per your policy is over.

Being a genuine customer of yours please accept my request and replace defective product at the earliest.

Please find attached images of product where you can see defective USB port.

Spoke to customer and informed post 10 days we can't take product back and he should get service from brand customer not happy with resolution hence closing case.
