I have requested flip kart to provide me refund for the product because of the delay in delivery and they have not initiated any refund regarding this.
Purchase initiated by me was on -08 feb 2017 09 PM, I have paid online. After I escalated the matter on 23rd feb and then changed the status to delay in delivery, no tracking id was also provided before this not even now.
They didn’t even bother to check if customer received product or not.
Delivery still says - pending even after I escalated issue thrice from 24 to 26th nobody bothered to provide me any details. And they are not interested in providing me refund I have mentioned that I have already purchased somewhere else, still no refund initiated.
Also I want to bring this to your notice they didn’t pick my call when tried calling again on my flip kart registered mobile number they didn’t pick my call they hung up.
