I have ordered a Lenovo K3 Note on 26/12/2015 from FLIPKART.COM, Order No. OD[protected] & got this product at my address on 28/12/2015 with Bill details as PL: F12788838 & S:S[protected] of Lenovo K3 Note, IMEI No. "[protected]" by WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. (CIN : U729000KA2009PTC050123) but when I open the box, I got Lenovo K3 Note IMEI No. "[protected]" Therefore, the billing product is different with actual what i received.
Second, there is heating problem in this phone & i have launched a complain for Replacement (Return ID:[protected] but it was rejected from Flipkart.com & WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. (No. 42/1 & 43, Kacherakanahalli Village, Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengluru, Karnataka, India-560067).
I need resolution of this issue as soon as possible, otherwise i will file a case in consumer forum against Flipkart.com & WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd.
