[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Wrong product & heating issue

I have ordered a Lenovo K3 Note on 26/12/2015 from FLIPKART.COM, Order No. OD[protected] & got this product at my address on 28/12/2015 with Bill details as PL: F12788838 & S:S[protected] of Lenovo K3 Note, IMEI No. "[protected]" by WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. (CIN : U729000KA2009PTC050123) but when I open the box, I got Lenovo K3 Note IMEI No. "[protected]" Therefore, the billing product is different with actual what i received. Second, there is heating problem in this phone & i have launched a complain for Replacement (Return ID:[protected] but it was rejected from Flipkart.com & WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd. (No. 42/1 & 43, Kacherakanahalli Village, Jadigenahalli Hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengluru, Karnataka, India-560067). I need resolution of this issue as soon as possible, otherwise i will file a case in consumer forum against Flipkart.com & WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer has reported of device heating / IMEI mismatch issue Observed temperature : na Troubleshooting done : gave basic t/s steps like to update close BG application and gave code to check temperature cx is also having query with IMEI number informed cx that dual sim phone comes with two IMEI cx agreed hence closing the case SC Done : No Reason : basic t/s steps
