[Resolved]  Flipkart Company — Installation delay

Hi, this is Ishwar kushwaha who oredered a Kodak tv. Order is delivered on time. When the installation date 29/10/2020 came and i recieved a message in that message i got the information regarded to the techinician and his contact number. But when i call him he refused to come. After that i raised a complaint to the customer care and told everything what was actually happens. But in return what i got. Delay... Delay... Delay... The installation date extended to 4th Nov...
Just after one day Date again extended
To 5th november.

Still the name of technician( VISHAL PANCHAL) and his phone number is showing in my account. I am helpless. Flipcart is worst company. Customer care are not giving me proper answer.

I will never suggest anyone to buy anything from flipcart.
