[Resolved]  Flipkart — complaint regarding a missing product received from flipkart

2 weeks back i. E. On 8th oct 2017 i ordered a fossil q marshal watch from flipkart of rs 9995. I received the order on 10th oct 2017. As i opened the parcel, the product was found missing in the box, i received an empty box for rs 9995. Immediately i lodged a complaint of missing product on flipkart's customer care and they assured me of resolving the issue by 22nd oct. I requested replacement / refund from flipkart. Flipkart didnt contacted themselves i have to call them everytime. And after long 13 days they said that your request cant be completed as the courier partner has assured that the parcel was properly packed and the product remain intact in it. Again i called flipkart and they saud your issue will be resolved by 26 oct. But in the meantime i received a mail that seller has rejected the request of replacement. Now they are not helping me in this matter. Plz help me in this matter, i have spend a big amount to get that watch. Plz guide me.

I already know this, what new you are telling me in this? After i received this msg from flipkart again i registered my compkaint on 27 oct, but they have not taken any action yet.

This case is re-worked based on the request were the resolution provided to the customer remains the same post re-investigation of the complaint. We’d like to let you know that your request for a replacement/refund cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to customer with the product being intact. This is the final resolution from our end. Hence closing the complaint.
