Flipkart — Continuous delay after which Order cancelled without my concern

Order ID OD[protected] was order at 4th October during big billion days delivery date was 8th October then the order got delayed for 3 days to 11 October then again the order got delayed to 14 October then again the order got delayed stating that the order could not be delivered please wait till 18th October to get back To me but before the at 18th October 3.49 a.m my order got cancelled stating that i cancelled the order.
First i was harrassed for delivery the then the order gets cancelled without my knowledge blaming me that i cancelled the order .
After receiving the refund message i requested a call back and the agent apologized and stated the fact that there was no product out for delivery the seller didn't even had the product in stock i was receiving false information this whole time then he stated that the seller wants to compensate and told me to place the order again and flipkart will provide me a gift card with the amount
Difference which i have to pay at full first because of the sale ending. I once again cooperated and told him that i will order again but first give me in writing that seller could not fullfill his order and flipkart will cover the difference with a gift card.
The agent replied that sure everything he told me will be mailed to me but now i received no such mail. After that i contacted flipkart again their executive told me that no one can promise you such thing about gift cards he told me to order again because cancelled order cannot be made again. My question is did i cancel my order? Flipkart could not deliver the product then cancelled it now why do i have to shell out extra money . I demand compensation for my time wasteage and mental harrasment that flipkart has caused me
