Dear Sir/Madam,
In regards to the Previous complaint regarding the online product received (Olay Total effects) through Flip-kart, a complaint was made on 31 May 2017 claiming that the Quality of the product received as duplicate and not original, along with the explanation.

There was no contact by the Flip-kart representatives till today and no efforts was made to contact either by phone or Phone message or even by email till today in regards to complaint lodged & suddenly we received a Call today from Mrs. Neeraja (Flip-kart Reprensentative_Phone no [protected] @ 18.06PM )to inform that the Complaint lodged will be closed.
The representative was very rude in answering the questions and not able to listen to us and resolve the problem. Just saying that, they tried to contact us by email asking for bank details to refund the money but as there was no response from us, the complaint is closed.
No details of the email -Correspondence was forwarded to use and when was the email sent... was not even mentioned.
Also, no response was given for the question asked...? i.e, as to why did the representative give a phone call earlier & just call us now to inform the Complaint is closed.?
No protocols have been followed in resolving a complaint & the representative being very rude just to hang the call will speaking is not at all ethical for such an large selling organization like flip-kart.
I would like to lodge a second complaint for Flop-cart to apologie for poor & very bad customer service & refund the damages/losses as soon as possible.
